- Do you have long-term rentals available?
Yes! We have several homes available from now until late May, and some available for 12-months or longer.
- What deposits are required for vacation rentals, and who do I pay?
All rent and deposits are paid directly to the owner of the property you are leasing. A substantial security deposit will be required for all rentals, refundable within 14 business days after departure. Cleaning and pet fees vary by home size and number of occupants.
These fees and deposits allow for professional cleaning, and protect the owners of the homes from accidental or intentional damage. Security deposits are nearly always refunded!
- Can I play golf at Forest Highlands? What about the pools or fitness facilities, or dining at the clubhouses?
Unfortunately, membership privileges do not convey to tenants
- Is there maid service?
We do not provide maid service, however we can give you a list of service providers if you wish to hire a cleaning service while you are here
- Do you have an airport shuttle?
We do not, however there is a cab service you can call: A Friendly Cab at 928.774.4444
- Are there Summer day camps for my kids?
Forest Highlands day camps are for members only, however you can find dozens of opportunities for all ages at http://flagparents.com/summer.htm
