Completed in 1988, the original “Canyon” golf course at Forest Highlands was designed by Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish and measures 7,001 yards from the championship tees. The course conforms to the dramatic surroundings topography and complements the canyons and rich forest of Forest Highlands’ setting. In addition, the par 71 course has been designed to be challenging and satisfying as well as being pleasing to the eye of both the golf enthusiast and social players. It offers 7 sets of tees for golfers of all skill levels.

Golf Digest for years has rated the Canyon course at Forest Highlands Golf Club #1 in Arizona; plus it has always received very high rankings in the U.S. and around the world.

The second course, which was also designed by Weiskopf, opened in the summer of 1999. This par 72 course, the “Meadow” golf course is over 7,000 yards long and surrounds a large meadow that encompasses lakes, wildflower areas and scenic wetlands.
